Blackballing A Person What is this?
This is when someone is rejected, banned, to vote against you, to tolerate a situation or event, to dismiss, refuse, vote down, shoot down, blacklist. It is to stop a person from a group, a club, a family, an organisation. When another person is stopped or prevented from working or contributing in some way with others. They may have perceived grievances of harming a persons reputation, of limiting their career or work goals, prospects and opportunities so they can’t make a living with what they love to do. Being kicked out of a group, excluding or ostracised by a person or others. This kind of behaviour is actually abusive and it is illegal to do this to a person because of age, race, religions, gender or a disability or rejection from others. Stopping a person from taking part in their community in any way like events, places, club and group without just cause is not ok to do this. Being made to feel undesirable for any reason at all, being banned from joining a group, adverse events, voted against negatively with evil actions taken against them. Being rejected from society in any way, to boycott, ostracise, exclude from, shunned, banned, prohibited, not meeting others standards of behaving, not allowed to be a part of the group or tribe. To hold power over another person as to what you are allowed to have or be. This is all a type of controlling another persons life so they are not able to be at their best and to thrive in their life. Having any kind of control of another person and their life is abusive behaviour and needs to be stopped. If you are receiving this type of behaviour you need to speak out about this so you get the support that you need and this abuse is stopped from happening to you. Reach out and never stop speaking out about what is happening to you.
