You own your body

You own your body! You decide who can touch you!

You decide if you want someone to touch you or not!

No one else can tell you this, it is your choice only!You are the owner of your body and your feelings.

If someone touches you and you don’t want it or do not feel safe, you need to speak up about it because it will only hurt you emotionally if you don’t. The sooner you get to talk about it the better it will be for you, and then you can start to heal yourself.

You need to find someone safe to go to, like a teacher a counsellor, a family member or a policewoman or policeman.

No one is allowed to touch you without your permission and your agreement or invitation.

It is important for your well being that you have ownership of your body and your needs and how you feel and what happens to you. Not having this is dis powering and harmful to you.

You need to be aware of your boundaries and your body is inside your boundary and you need to keep it safe.

So if you don’t have this it will cause trouble for you later on in life, it will be like a sore that festers inside you always hurting you emotionally.

Looking after your mental well being is the most important thing that you can do in your life.

It is the foundation of everything that happens to you in your life.

It will make a difference as to how you live your life.

Having high self esteem and feeling good about yourself is key to you having a good happy life and doing well emotionally and in other ways.

 

Moral Take care of how you feel emotionally be open and honest with yourself and others so that you can have a happy productive life.
