What Are Core Personal Values And How Can We Align With These?

Core Personal Values.

These are all values we set on ourselves in our early years depending on what happened to us in our childhood. What our parents taught us and even our schooling is part of creating our personal core values. All of this information plays a part and a role in our life and how we react to situations we go through every day. Every decision you make in your life is ruled by your core personal values that you hold. Your values can define you as a person. However every person who you meet will have different core personal values and different personal experiences in their life. This is our value system that we have and use in our own life to create our life map. We hold a value system that we believe matters to us and gets our needs and wants met. These values set the bar on what you will do and how you act in every situations in your life. Usually you will choose what aligns to your core personal values. These do change through our life as you grow and learn. How you take ownership of a problem is depended on your core personal values. You will pick your personal friends based on what your core personal values are. Our values make us the person we are they show what your priorities are in your life and what really matters to you. How a person lives their life is from their core personal values. These values are like a map of your life. How you treat others is based on this too. Values are emotional based they can help you to become a better person in your life.

Here are some common ones that many people have.

Dependability, integrity, accountability, ethics, loyalty, reliability, commitment,open mindedness, consistency, discipline, honesty, efficiency,respect, perseverance, passion, trust, hard work, self reliant,

contribution, family love, creativity, health, success.

So what core personal values and beliefs matter to you!

So now we will take a personal inventor of what your personal core values actually are and matter to you!

Make a list of what these beliefs are that matter to you?

Some Question To Ask Yourself?

What emotions make you feel alive?

Are these emotions aligned with your personal core values?

What matters most to you in your own life?

What is the most important outcome from your own behaviour?

What core personal value is your most important value?

Beliefs Rule Our life

Beliefs are thoughts in action they can be conscious or unconscious being aware of this is important for you to understand why you do what you do or act how you act? Also how you can act better next time. Our beliefs are made up of past relationships, beliefs, values, education, knowledge and how you understand your personal world that you live in. As your beliefs are made up of your past relationships that you have had your core personal values, thoughts and beliefs you need to become clear on what these are so you understand your personal world. What you perceive is your reality and your environment, your life experience, your role models that you have around you or in your past. Influences like your family, friends, role models and groups you are in, also your level of education. All of this creates your life map and your personal world and world view that you hold and project out into the world. This can also include your success and all of your failures. How you make sense of your world and how your outlook on the world is for you. Is it cruel, kind, loving, happy, sad etc. Are you able to change your beliefs when you need to so you are aligned more to your goals and dreams? When your experiences change in your life so can your needs so you need to work on this too so all is aligned for you. Our beliefs become our own reality in our own world. As we all see the world in our own way and in a different way through our own eyes. How we interpret events depends on our beliefs and core values that we hold. Every person looks at the world with their own view point and the beliefs they hold. There is also the conscious scale we are all on this scale and how high or low our frequency is as we are all on this scale which determines how we act in our personal world. This scale and our beliefs will create our vibration our frequency that we hold and send out into the world. Are we seeing the world in love or fear? This matters as it determines what we will attract into our life going forward.

So now write down some of your most common beliefs that you hold and see if these align with your core personal values for your life. You can write down about relationships, friends, family. You can even do the same healing work in other area of you life too like work, groups, finance, etc.
