Most of the population of earth is in the low vibration of fear, shame etc. Courage is where things start to change and the beings started to work on making a difference in their lives and for others. The more beings who are a higher vibration, the more the beings around them start to change and improve too. We need to work on being as high a vibration as we can to help lift up the consciousness on earth, as this is where real change happens, and we all live in a different way and in love energy this creates our well-being and good health. The more we work on our inner wounds, the more healed and loving we are, so doing the inner work and using self-love is really important here to everyone on earth.

Raising Our Vibration

The ascension process is ultimately about becoming a lighthouse and shinning as brightly as possible. To do this, we need to do the deep inner work to fully know ourselves and raise our vibration. Even if ascension isn’t a conscious goal, the process unfolds naturally for anyone who is deeply driven to become the best version of themselves, anyone who selflessly aligns to living purposefully is walking the ascension pathway. They embody in the qualities of an earth angel-someone who intentionally raises their vibrational frequency to bring waves of love, goodness and kindness to the planet.

Raising our vibration means aligning every action, non-action, choice, and experience with the light. It’s about being aware of our influence on others contributing positively to the world, and leaving the Earth Better than we found it.

There’s no way to fast-forward the ascension process, though. We cannot become “Too High Vibe” for challenging stuff. Ascension work is about facing darkness head on, dealing with the shadow-self and even facing the aspects of ourselves that we’d prefer to avoid. All of this can be achieved by doing one thing aligning to our purpose.

Love 500

The 500 level is characterised by the development of a love that is unconditional, unchanging and permanent. It does not fluctuate, because its source within the person who loves it not dependent on external conditions. Loving is a state of being. It is a way of relating to the world that is forgiving, nurturing and supportive. Love is not intellectual and does not proceed from the mind. Love emanates from the heart space. It has the capacity to lift others and accomplish great feats because of its purity of motive. At this level of development the capacity to discern essence becomes predominant, the core of a issue becomes the centre of focus. As reason is by passed, there arises the capacity for instantaneous recognition of the totality of a problem and a major expansion of context, especially time and process. Reason deals only with particulars, whereas love deals with wholes. This ability, often ascribed to intuition, is the capacity for instantaneous understanding without resorting to sequential symbol processing. This phenomenon may sound abstract but is, in fact, quite concrete, it is accompanied by a measurable release of endorphins in the brain. Love takes no position and thus is global, rising above the separation of positionality. It is then possible to be “One With Another” as there are no longer any barriers. Love is therefore inclusive and expands the sense of self progressively. Love focuses on the goodness of life, in all its expressions and augments that which is positive. It dissolves negativity by contextualising, it rather than by attacking it. This is the level of true happiness, but although the world is fascinated by the subject of love, and all viable spiritual practices calibrate at 500 or over, it is interesting to note of consciousness that only four percent of the world’s population ever reaches this level of the evolution of consciousness. Only 0.4 percent ever reaches the level of unconditional love, at 540.
