This was the woman’s magazine Take Five I appeared in to help speak out about domestic violence and my personal experience as a victim of non stop abuse and assaults. The Article was called to Hell and Back talking about my experience as a victim of long term Domestic violence. Where i was continually assaulted while pregnant with his child. My abuser was sent to jail for 13 years for an earlier event which i knew nothing about and ended up saving myself and my child’s my life. He was sent to jail for manslaughter of a policeman, he was originally charge with murder, but it was down graded to manslaughter during the trial. The policeman who went to domestic violence incident my ex partner was involved in was killed. Because of continual threats to my life while he was in jail, it took me  six years to finally stand up to him leave him and go to the police for help. I then was put in hiding by the police with all my details suppressed on every record for my safety. My name and son’s name were changed in this article for our safety.
