Little Book Of Tips To Feeling Better

We all have times when we feel very stressed but their are lots of ways we can help ourselves to feel better.

Here are some of the things that I have found helpful and work for me.

 

When I am feeling stressed their are a lot of things that I can do to help me feel better!

Listen to happy music that you love to lift your mood

 Go for a walk / do exercise

 Be in nature

 Take some deep breaths

 Do mediation or Yoga

Listen to a healing / spiritual podcast

 Ring a friend or family member

 Ring a support line for help

Find a way to help and support others

 Write your feelings out in a journal

Do something creative about how you feel

Learn a new skill

Watch a funny movie

Read a great book

 Eat some healthy food/ do some cooking

Have a cry to let out your feelings

Find something postive that is going on and  get involved in it

Have a bath or shower

Do a course

Clean up the house

Do a craft like knitting, sewing crocking , or for men wood work, fixing things or making something useful

Find a way to support others so they know they are not alone and you can all help each other and be their for each other

 

 

Moral: Find a way to  do something postive about  how you feel so you do and feel better!
