There are many places to go to for help with healing from abuse and working through your wounds. Some of the great places to look are podcasts, videos, workshops, courses, books available on the internet. You can also go to libraries, local counsellors, healers in person and online and light workers. The important thing is to do it in a way that works for you and feels right. There is no right or wrong way only your way. The internet is so full of this information for you to use and help you. Other places to go to your local hospital and speak to a social worker as they have lots of information on what is available in your area. Community centres and libraries are great too and have lots of information about your local community services that are available to you so check this out. Victims of crime have lists of counsellors available to help you in your area too so contact them for assistance and they will often pay for some of these hours for you.
